Got back from the Lancaster quilt show yesterday. Boy am I tired. Four days of intense shopping, eating, and sightseeing. Mom bought me an accuquilt go for my birthday. Can't wait to try it out.
This was my first AQS show. It was fabulous. The people who run this show couldn't have been nicer and the hotel was wonderful. We stayed right at the Marriot and let me tell you a full service hotel is the way to go.

Just got back from bus trip with the guild. Got some great new fabrics at some really good prices. As soon as I get some of my projects done I'll post them.

Over the weekend I had two pieces entered in the Garden Patch quilt show at Wheaton Village. My quilt didn't place but my jacket took first.

I just read the tutorial for the spring flowers tutorial on our cozy nest blog and it is fabulous. I've got to try those.

Today I made myself a new eyeglass case. I think it turned out pretty well considering I didn't have a pattern

I'm quite new to blogging so I hope I'm doing this right. I would really like to hear from anyone else who loves to sew and quilt.
